Over the last five years, we have been planting a wide variety of olive trees with the ultimate goal of creating a well-balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This harvest provided an abundant crop that was transformed to what we feel is our best olive oil to date. The Manning Farm Olive Oil is very fragrant with hints of spice and floral aromas.
