707 Sauvignon Blanc

A very fragrant Sauvignon Blanc that is chock full of spring blossoms, tropical flowers with a hint of citrus aromas too. The fresh, invigorating flavors show hints of pink grapefruit, guava, with more citrus and lots of limes. This bright wine has a well-balanced acidity, with a pleasant mineral finish that would show off shellfish simply divinely. We like to call 707 Sauvignon Blanc our summer sun in the bottle. Food Pairings: The refreshing 707 Sauvignon Blanc would pair nicely with freshly prepared shellfish like oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, cracked crab, ceviche or lighter style luncheon salads.
